Rental terms
The full rental agreement is being finalised with our insurer and legal adviser. Rather than publish a draft that might change, here is exactly what will be covered and how you get it today.

Every term that applies to your hire is confirmed in writing before you pay anything, and the signed rental agreement is the authoritative document. Ask us for the current version at any time.
What the agreement will cover
- Hire period, rate, minimum hire and late-return charges.
- Security bond:
- Insurance cover and excess:
- Kilometre allowance and additional-kilometre rate:
- Fuel policy and return condition:
- Approved and named drivers, and the consequences of unapproved use.

Consumer rights
Nothing in the rental agreement is intended to limit rights you have under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
