The process
From enquiry to ignition
Four steps, no account to create and no booking funnel to fight. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the moment you pull away.
The four steps
-
Step 01
Choose the car and dates
Tell us the vehicle, the days you want it and anything that matters — a birthday, a road trip, a proposal, a photoshoot. The more context, the better we can prepare.
-
Step 02
Driver approval
We confirm licence details and driving history, then send the terms in writing — rate, bond, excess, kilometres and return time. Nothing is a surprise later.
-
Step 03
Collection and handover
We walk the car with you, record its condition together, set up the drive modes and pairing, and answer every question. You leave knowing the car.
-
Step 04
Drive, then return
Enjoy it properly. Return it at the agreed time and fuel level, we check it over together, and the bond is released per the agreed terms.
At handover
What to bring
Have these ready and the handover takes minutes rather than an afternoon.
- Your physical driver licence — the same one used for approval.
- A second form of photo identification.
- The payment card in the hirer's name for the bond and balance.
- Details of any additional driver, if one has been approved.
- Confirmation of your return time and fuel arrangement.

Straight answer
Why there is no instant booking button
Because live availability would be a guess right now, and a calendar that cannot be honoured is worse than no calendar at all.
Every enquiry is answered by a person who knows where the car is and what condition it is in. Online booking will come once availability is genuinely live — and the site is already built to switch over to it without changing how anything looks.
