Conditions of use
How the car must be used
These are the conditions that protect the car, the next hirer and your bond.
- Road use only, on sealed public roads, by an approved and named driver.
- No track days, competitive events, timed runs or driver training.
- No commercial use, ride-share, courier work or sub-hire.
- No towing, and no transport of anything that could damage the interior.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, at any level.
- Geographic limits:
The signed rental agreement is the authoritative document and takes precedence over this summary.
